Ingredients
Salt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 eggs
¼ cup (48 g) Dijon mustard
½ cup (14 g) chopped fresh chives
3 cups (312 g) diced hot-smoked salmon (about ¾ pound)
3 cups (600 g) diced raw salmon fillets (about 1-½ pounds)
Step by step
Add all ingredients to Bowl of KitchenAid® Artisan Stand Mixer. Attach Bowl and Flat Beater to Mixer. Turn to Speed 1 and mix 2 minutes or until just combined. Shape mixture into 3-1/2-ounce patties.
Heat large skillet over high heat. Cook patties, in batches, 3 to 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
